Milena Tasic (she/elle) a Senior Design Manager of the Innovation Hub at Veterans Affairs Canada, with experience in the private (Management Consulting) and public sector (Federal Government of Canada). She is a creative problem solver who employs strategy, systems-thinking, research, and foresight to help organizations grow and meet the needs of their users. Milena holds a Master of Design from OCAD University and a BSc in Biology and French Literature from Western University.
Christina Dery is a Service Designer at the Innovation Hub team at Veterans Affairs Canada, with experience as a visual designer in the private sector (marketing and advertising) and service designer in the public sector (Federal Government of Canada). Christina has a particular passion for the health and healthcare sector and how design has the power to solve for complex human needs. She employs visual communication, systems thinking, participatory research, and strategic thinking to help solve complex problems with a human-centred approach. Christina holds a Master of Design and a Bachelor of Design (Graphic Design) from OCAD University.
