Spark your curiosity by joining us on an engaging tour through the NRC‘s Centre for Air Travel Research (CATR) with your host, Senior Research Officer Shelley Roberts!

This centre is the only facility in the world made to study the whole experience of travelling by air. Shelley and her team work with academia and companies to deliver world-leading research for safe and healthy air travel experiences. You’ll find all the features that are present in modern air travel: the process of checking in, boarding and flying in an airplane.

This amazing place is a must-see! Don’t miss this unique opportunity!

2020-11-17 Bicycle Craft Brewery Virtual Field Trip

Join us for an exciting virtual field trip to Bicycle Craft Brewery, makers of beer inspired by the wild places you discover when riding your bike. Your host, Anna Theus, will broadcast from the brewery via live video to our Zoom channel. Tune in to learn how Bicycle makes their different kinds of unfiltered ales. Ask their brewmaster anything about the art and science of our favourite suds. At the end of the night, enter your name in a draw to win some Bicycle swag! For the full experience, you can order Bicycle ales via their website in advance using their curb-side pickup and delivery option.
